Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or signs of use cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

• To start a return, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone with your order number.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Replacements & Exchanges

• If you would like an exchange, items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels intact.

• Once inspected, we will process the replacement and notify you via email.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

• Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• For verification, we require a video recording of the package being opened. Claims without video proof may be declined.

• If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on the following:

• Opened or used products

• Products with tampered or damaged packaging

• Expired products
